LEVEL III BODY ARMOR PLATES:

Predator Armor Level III+ Body Armor is manufactured in the U.S. using ballistic grade AR650 steel and has the option for a Kevlar-lined spall and fragmentation containment layer. Predator armor's process utilizes a unique heat-treating, quenching and tempering process that results in an extra-hardened steel plate. Predator Armor plates are lightweight, impact-resistant and hold superior ballistic properties. This allows them to provide thinner plates without sacrificing any level of protection.

All of our plates come with a base coat that aesthetically enhances the plate and provides durable characteristics. This coating does not provide fragmentation mitigation. All plates have the option to add a Kevlar lining, which provides fragmentation and spalling containment and even enhances the performance of the armor. If your carrier or plate does not have anti-fragmentation characteristics, we strongly advise including the Kevlar lining.

All of predator armor is independently tested and certified to NIJ 0101.06 standards by NTS-Chesapeake, which is an NIJ-approved testing facility accredited by NVLAP and A2LA to ISO 17025.

MINUTEMAN PLATE CARRIER: 

The Minuteman Plate Carrier is the perfect minimalist plate carrier. While maintaining a slim profile, the carrier is designed to carry standard 10"X12" plates. There are six rows of MOLLE/PALS style webbing with built-in matching loop material on the top three rows for attaching patches or other items. Made one size to fit most, the shoulder and waist straps are highly adjustable, providing a snug fit for any wearer. The carrier also includes removable mesh shoulder pads, providing additional comfort for extended periods of use. The inside of the carrier is mesh-lined, providing even more breathability and comfort.

While being a minimalistic carrier, there is no sacrifice in quality or performance. Constructed from top-tier mil-spec material, the Minuteman Plate Carrier is made to withstand whatever is thrown its way.

5.56 QUICK DRAW TRIPLE MAG POUCH:

Predator Armor 5.56 Quick Draw Triple Mag Pouch utilizes a laser cut MOLLE front and back with Kydex inserts. These pouches have strong, consistent retention so magazines stay put. While maintaining strong retention, they also allow for a quick draw speed reload. Magazines can easily be pulled out for a quick reload, with no cumbersome cords or velcro.

The laser cut MOLLE allows the pouch to attach to any MOLLE/PALS platform, such as plate carriers, battle belts, and more. Designed to hold up to three 30 round 5.56 magazines. Made from 1000D cordura. 100% Made in the USA.

TRAUMA PADS: 

Predator Armor Non-Ballistic Trauma Pads are an added layer of protection from injuries caused by backface deformation. Trauma Pads dissipate the transferred impact energy from a bullet striking body armor, widening that energy transfer over a larger (and significantly less painful) surface area.

Intended for use inside the plate carrier between the armor and body, our Trauma Pads are engineered to provide added comfort when wearing armor panels. The materials are high-density and flexible, enabling them to reduce or eliminate blunt force trauma by absorbing and redirecting impact energy.

Predator Armor Trauma Pads work perfectly in tandem with our Level III and Level III+ Armor to increase comfort and reduce blunt force.

The patented C-A-T® is a true one-handed tourniquet proven to be 100% effective by the U.S. Army’s Institute of Surgical Research. Tests proved that the CAT completely occluded blood flow of an extremity in the event of a traumatic wound with significant hemorrhage.

The Gen 7 CAT utilizes a durable windlass system with a patented free-moving internal band providing true circumferential pressure to the extremity. Once adequately tightened, bleeding will cease and the windlass is locked into place. A hook and loop windlass retention strap is then applied, securing the windlass to maintain pressure during casualty evacuation.

This elastic tourniquet holder allows the storage of a Tourniquet on or between any velcro surface. Whether it be on a plate carrier, chest rig, two-piece belt, or any other piece of kit, our tourniquet holder allows you to place a tourniquet virtually anywhere that velcro is present. It is a universal fit, compatible with any gear that uses velcro.

The tourniquet sleeve utilizes 4" elastic to retain the tourniquet. The tourniquet holder is simplistic, lightweight, durable, and functional. It helps ensure quick and easy access to a tourniquet at all times. It is fully ambidextrous and can be installed anywhere you have velcro.
